Over 20 per cent of this launch will be Jurong West town which is the biggest ever launches with 1840 units of various sizes, do note for first timer using HDB loan the Loan-To-Value has been reduced from 80 to 75 per cent, with effect from 20th August 2024.
Lastly, during the recent National Day Rally 2024, EHG has been increased, the maximum amount is now up to $120,000 for families, and half the amount for singles. Remember to apply for your HFE letter before applying for this coming BTO exercise by 15 September 2024.
